Makiato is a professional coffee service company operated by Marcin Wójciak, based in Poland. We provide barista services for corporate events, conferences, and galas across Europe and beyond. Contact: hello@makiato.pl
What Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your full name, company name, event details (type, location, date), budget range, and contact information (email or phone number). We only collect information you voluntarily provide.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a custom coffee service proposal for your event. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your data to third parties.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your inquiry data for up to 12 months. If no service agreement is reached, your data is deleted after this period. If you become a client, we retain relevant data for the duration required by Polish and EU law.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@makiato.pl and we will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
Your data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Our email provider and form processing comply with GDPR requirements.
Third Parties
We use Nodemailer to process form submissions via email. No data is shared with advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any other third parties.
